We just moved in a week or so ago and are really impressed with the complex. The property manager, Alese has been very helpful with all of our needs and certainly cares about the property and tenants. She takes pride in her responsibility as the property manager and it shows in the property appearances and staff.. This is a small complex and quiet. Love my new apartment! I moved here in early October and have been 100% impressed with its features (especially all the storage space), and have found the maintenance team and office personnel to be par excellence. The complex is very quiet and in an excellent location; close to grocery stores, gas stations, shopping and medical facilities.
I love the location of the property. You are centrally located between the highway & Venice Beach! The apartments are single story so you don't have to worry about neighbors above or below you. Management also has an online system where you can put in service request & pay your rent.
