I loved Jess!! She was conservative and made me feel really comfortable. I went to a different place for my first time and they totally messed it up. I’m sticking with her forever!
Just had my first treatment with Richelle today and she was wonderful! I normally see Jessica (who is also amazing), but couldn’t this time because of my work schedule. Richelle took the time to really listen to my concerns and she suggested a treatment plan that would work best for me, based on my previous results/experiences with Botox and Dysport. I had a bad experience initially, but the manager reached out and resolved the situation. I had a great experience with my injector, Richelle. I will definitely come back again.
I had a very poor experience with the service. The location was difficult to find, and I didn’t receive any instructions beforehand. There was no customer service available to assist me. By the time I figured out the location, the nurse had already left (I arrived 10 minutes late). I received no call or check-in, and I had to leave work and drive 20 minutes for this appointment.
