When first signing up I was helped by Avery I believe was her name. I received excellent service. She went over all the membership details and even showed me many of the things and how to use them. Anytime I’ve noticed her in the building she always has a smile on her face and is very friendly and helpful.
The gym is great! The equipment is amazing and I have enjoyed coming here over the years, but I was informed that they are planning to cancel one of the classes, Pilates with Michelle. I literally never went to any class except for hers and she’s the reason I was interested in looking at other classes, but not anymore because it’s so upsetting.
I signed up online and the process was so easy! I had a few more questions this morning I called and they all got answered immediately! I start my gym journey today ✨️
Love this gym and all the employees! Everything is always clean. Functioning. And the girls are always so nice and helpful!!
