Beware: This gym charges you an additional month's payment when you cancel. This was not communicated to me when I became a member and is included in the fine print when you sign the contract. Make sure that you read every word of it as the sales associate will not communicate any of the important details when they ask you to sign. Floors are nasty everywhere. No paper towels in areas of the gym I worked out in today. It’s gotten worse ever since I’ve joined club4. Very disappointed.

This gym is amazing and everyone here is super nice. Great equipment and lots of it so there’s never a wait. Staff is super helpful and have really made me feel at home, especially since this is my first time going to a gym. Great experience.

Overall great place but how about making your personal trainers accountable for making sure they unload the barbells and plate loaded machines they use with their clients. Aren’t they suppose to be teaching their clients the proper use of the equipment including u loading and retailing weights? Also get front desk emlpyees off their phones and give them things to do at front desk so they are attentive to members when members walk up to the front desk.
