Club4 is the first gym membership that I have ever regularly used. Boosted by the great live classes they offer, shout out to Susan Antrican who is responsible for keeping me motivated to keep coming back, rather than finding excuses to not go to the gym, I find reasons to go. Strength Development, Body Pump Heavy, Ceremony, led by Susan, all important tools in my 50 lb weight loss and much improved strength and mobility.
Love my time there at Club4! The gym has a great environment and the people there are kind. The staff there are always willing to help. They also offer a good selection of drinks, protein shakes, and snacks. Some downsides are that the gym can get very crowded between 5 pm and 7 pm; during those times, it is very difficult to get in a workout. And if you have a tight schedule , it's best to come back at a later date or earlier in the morning.
club4 has been my saving grace for fitness. i found turnup in 2022 & it gave me the confidence to get fit. all of the instructors made us feel so good in our skin, so much so i became an instructor myself. fitness has become my passion BECAUSE of club4. i started lifting weights & felt so comfortable because of the atmosphere in the gym. suze always gives us the best events & makes showing up so special. our community is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. i’m so grateful for this gym, these classes & these people. 💛💛
Love all the Turn Up Instructors and all the class time options. Suze always does a great job keeping all the events fun and engaging. She's the best!
Playing college football in the past- I was looking for a gym with serious equipment, a positive environment and a staff that just…gets “it”. And this gym, gets it. I’ve trained in world class settings all over the US + multiple SEC college weight rooms- and I can’t name 5 better scenes to get a pump in better than Club4.
