We are so thankful that we found this venue! Dan is very accommodating, answering our questions day and night. We visited the place several times during the planning stage. We initially planned to do the ceremony outside in the pool area/gazebo (even rehearsed there the day before), but on the wedding day itself, it rained, so we did it indoors. This venue was unsatisfactory for my catering event today. I was denied kitchen access despite providing insurance, which I submitted to a non-English speaking employee prior to speaking with Dan the day before the event. Communication with staff was difficult. The provided amenities were inadequate; I received only a bucket and pitcher of cold water, lacked access to hot water, and the restroom's water pressure was low.
