These complexes are FAR from luxury. Don't let the outside fool you. It's roach infested old motel. You can't get rid of the roaches ever because they won't fumigate the whole building they just do that one apartment so the roaches travel then come back. My GFS kids father died in one of the apartments 2001 to be exact and when she asked Patti to move into another apartment she was told no. Shady management. Does not fulfill work orders and charges tenants for damages out of their control such as leaks in the ceiling. Caution renting from this place.

Llevo 3 años en Phoenix y en club Valencia es el mejor lugar donde he vivido y según mis planes seguiré en este maravilloso lugar. El Personal de la oficina es maravilloso, el servicio de mantenimiento es igual. Estoy muy agradecido con todos ellos y los recomiendo al 100%.
