I’ve had many maintenance requests to fix issues and they don’t get resolved until the 4th or 5th time I put in the ticket even though I’ve shared a very detailed explanation of what needs to be fixed, I tried working with the front office about an reasonable accommodation request and it took them a MONTH to even get me the paperwork, pool is their highlight of their apartments but somehow it’s always closed, I reverse park in a handicap parking spot and they said they’d tow my vehicle if I kept doing that, I’m a disabled ve... read more
