BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM ! Came in for a weekend getaway on Friday night having reserved a queen room for $750, got immediately downgraded to a full size bed shoebox room without any notice. Completely unprofessional staff even tried to imply that it was my fault for booking the room late and did not want to take responsibility. We were forced to leave a day early!
The location is excellent. It's right at the exit of the subway station. The ice mechine can get drinking water is important for me. The room is very cozy. The only drawback is that room is too noisy.
