Had a wonderful experience for my first Pilates class back after some time away. Stephan was incredibly attentive and helped me with appropriate modifications while I navigate a severe lumbar osteopenia diagnosis. I left feeling comfortable, cared for and confident about getting back into Pilates safely. Highly recommend Stephan!
