Best exercise ever. The best decision of my life. It helped me so much in muscles strength, balance, core, stretching... The sessions are different, enjoying each of them at the utmost, always working all the muscles in our body in every session. The instructors are always adding new exercises after certain times. I am definitely a Pilates lover. It changed my life. I am balanced, stronger, full of energy, challenging myself every week, and keep in good shape and healthy.
