Instructor Sarah is amazing! I attend her 7:00 AM Saturday Pilates class, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. She has such a calm, soothing voice, and her Pilates movements are gentle yet very effective. I truly enjoy my sessions with Sarah and always look forward to starting my Saturday with her class!
