I’m really impressed with Suisun Valley Club Pilates. To be honest, I was really apprehensive about joining as I am not in shape nor very graceful. I was worried I wouldn’t understand or be able to do the movements/transitions and disrupt the class. My fears were unfounded, as the instructors and fellow Club Pilates members are all incredibly nice, welcoming, and supportive. Best thing I’ve done for my body in years. As someone who’s been a lifetime weightlifter and distance runner, I didn’t expect Pilates to have this kind of impact—but it’s been a game changer. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and create such a great flow in every class. The community is just as amazing—welcoming, supportive, and motivating. It’s become more than a workout… it’s my peace.
I love this place! This last year at Club Pilates have been the most fun and effective fitness journey of my life !
