Samantha is always an energetic instructor! I love taking classes with her. She makes the class so much fun with a variety of exercises and equipment!
This was my first time doing Pilates, and I can truly say the team here is amazing. I was diagnosed with cancer in my adductor muscle, and as part of my treatment, the doctor had to remove a large portion of that muscle. Because of that, I sometimes struggle with certain movements, especially keeping my legs together. Jessica, the instructor, was absolutely wonderful.
