I’m older, and I was pretty nervous about trying something new, but I thoroughly enjoyed the exercises, and all of the employees were so kind, welcoming, and helpful!
I really liked it for the first time. Katie was very helpful , explaining everything and what to expect from the class, really enjoyed it, a cool atmosphere.
Love this program and the capable, caring staff. Thank you Rebecca for a strength building, mindful and challenging class. What a perfect way to end the day. 💐
I hit my 100 class milestone on Friday 07/17. This was a big deal for me. I have been inactive for a long time, the instructors have been welcoming and supportive at my level of fitness, and all along my journey. I am grateful to have found a place to get moving again! :)
It’s Monday morning - MONDAY and who has the biggest infectious smile in the whole studio? Yep - Lauren! She is enthusiastic and determined to make sure you are doing each movement correct, takes the time to give you Kudos or maybe “did you eat breakfast this morning” . . . She’s always tuned in and helping you succeed! She’s great, kind, tough and definitely worth getting to class on a Monday. Thanks Lauren!!
