Lisa's pilates class is exceptional. I haven't had a chance to take classes with all the instructors. Lisa is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to hear about any injuries and offers ways to modify your movements so as to not hurt yourself any further. She has a sunny disposition.
I’ve done Pilates for many years but just joined Club Pilates when I moved to JC in June. My intro class with Agatha was great and my class today with Leeza was excellent! My whole body feels worked and tired in the best way possible! I’m looking forward to my next class!
