I have always wanted to try Pilates but found it to be cost prohibitive. This free 30 minute introduction was perfect. The instructors, Leah and Melanie, were attentive and encouraging. I never felt like my time was being wasted. Although brief the session gave me a clear idea of what is involved and whether it is something I would like to pursue. I appreciate the flexibility of classes and the fact I have several options as far as membership. I have booked 3 more classes and am excited to learn more!
Nice variety of instructors who each bring their own flavor. I enjoy working out in the calm atmosphere and being continuously challenged to grown my skills and my strength.
It was my first at the Club pilates and the ladies was amazing and they explained everything so you could understand about the training
