UPDATE: I lost my back fat!!! After just 7 weeks of pilates I have lost the back fat that I have been trying to get off for the past few years as a result of postmenopausal weight gain and drastic hormonal changes due to menopause!! I can't believe it! I have posted a picture along with this review of my new back. I didn't realize I lost the stubborn back fat until a couple days ago when I went to tuck the stubborn back fat into the back of my bra like I usually do with thin shirts and the fat was gone! I am pleasantly surprised by Club Pilates Pinehurst. I come from a background of private classes and wasn’t sure about the group practice offered here. Now, I really appreciate the variety of classes and the options presented by the instructors to increase my workout. I look forward to attending classes and it’s easily a part of my health journey.
The classes at Pilates in Pinehurst are always great, but today’s Center & Balance with Sue was the best C&B ever! Plus the music made it even better. So glad I took it! Thank you Sue!
