Membership was put on hold then had to cancel for personal reasons. They make you start you membership again to get it off hold by charging you the monthly membership before you can cancel. Absolutely bad business and will definitely not hold back on letting people know.
Have loved Club Pilates Liberty so far. Management and front desk has been great and accommodating . Instructors offer modifications for those who want more or less of a challenge. Have never felt judged in this setting. Within a few weeks to a month of taking classes, I recognized a noticeable difference in my core strength, flexibility, and posture. An old injury that I have experienced chronic pain with has become significantly less painful. Can’t say good enough things about my experience.

After canceling the membership they still proceeded to charge my account.
