This Pilates studio is wonderful - the instructors are so incredibly helpful and dedicated to make sure that you are using the reformer safely and correctly. They walk you through the exercises in a very clear manner and I felt really comfortable and taken care of. The workout was also great - will definitely be back!
The trial session with Kylie was a helpful intro to traditional Pilates. She taught us some foundational reformer exercises and even gave us a brief history of pilates.
Club Pilates Westlake is an excellent location. The studio set up is great. The instructors and staff are very friendly and make it easy to learn Pilates.
Absolutely awesome!
