Very professional and organized and always with a positive energy ❤
I am in love with Pilates. Denise is an amazing teacher. She brings light and peace to your class. I highly recommend her. You will love her. ❤❤ I just reached my 500 class in Club Pilates. It truly has changed my life. It has helped me with mobility, flexibility, losing weight and feeling great again. The teachers are dedicated, kind and they take the time to correct and help you. Mercedes, Cassandra, Sabrina and Saturdays I do with Natalia. Try it and you will love it. ❤❤❤❤💪
