Excellent class and great instructor 👍🏼 Isa
Mónica is one of my favorite pilates coaches, She clear in instructions and she’s always aware of her students correcting our forms, which makes us progress quickly in the class to a higher level.
Love classes with Mercedes! Always mindful of form making sure there are no injuries. She’s got the greatest energy! The best!
I’m visiting from out of town and came to this studio. Great class- pace, movements, directions and monitoring.
