The classes themselves are good. The business processes need to be fixed and more customer friendly. The enrollment process was to essentially give them your card and they don't provide you any information and then they send you an email after letting you know the fine print, like you're locked in for 3-months. Cancellation after 3-months cannot be found online or in the app. It was tedious and they try to upsell you in the process. It states open but the door was locked. Book an appointment with another location online. Left a voicemail stating my number is one number off since they’re going to call you prior to the appointment. Haven’t received a call since. Between not receiving a call back and doors being locked during normal business hours, I’m No longer interested
I came here for the reformer machines, and Club Pilates doesn't dare to disappoint! The instructors are professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to everyone in the class. The studio is kept meticulously clean and I love the variety of classes (and equipment) that the studio offers.
Very nice studio with lots of class times available. Claire at the desk was incredibly informative, helpful and sweet! Highly recommend this studio!
