Club Pilates in Athens changed my life. The instructors are well trained and knowledgeable- they take everyone’s individual health into consideration. Kate is amazing. She keeps her classes interesting as well as offering a great workout. She also looks out for anyone with injuries, offering alternatives. I encourage everyone to invest in their bodies and into their health at Club Pilates. I am a 61 year old with degenerative disc disease and severe arthritis.
