Not operating as humans. I communicated an injury that is requiring a membership freeze. Because I did not confirm the length of freeze needed clearly enough, I was charged 2x in a row (~$400) and am being given NO REFUND once cleared up. Miscommunications about an injury and exact timing details should not preclude the ability to refund when I very obviously have not been using the services for reasons well documented. Think twice before signing up.

Under no circumstances do business with these people. They deliberately charge inappropriately and then pretend like it is okay or it will be a credit. As if I would ever step foot back in that place. I am put off from ever even trying Pilates again. Hope the grift was worth the review.
