Karssen is really a standout Pilates instructor. She has grace, deep knowledge and a great narrative behind every move that she guides her classes through. She clearly cares about each and every student. She is a genuinely natural and inspirational teacher.

I specifically schedule with Suzanne because her classes feel challenging and like I'm getting a quality pilates class.
Sara is a spectacular instructor if you are able to take her Thursday night classes or lucky enough to get in with her on a Saturday do it!
Jamie’s class was amazing. I loved all the ab work. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The class was so fun. Can’t wait to take his class again next week.
