Bona tailored my first class for a seamless, enjoyable experience. Very clear instructions. But not only that, I learned the proper form and spinal accommodations I needed due to bone limitations— things my PT studio missed entirely. Very fun time for everyone. Nice people.
Amy is a great Pilates instructor. She is knowledgeable, positive, engaging, warm, and she helps me truly enjoy Pilates. Amy’s deep understanding of the muscular makeup of the body helps me not only focus on and lean into each activity - it helps me stay focused and find purpose and meaning in each pose and movement.
