Roach infested ! You won’t find out until you move in and it’s too late. I left these traps down for a few weeks to prove it ( see photos) Don’t rent here!!!! The Manager Tia is so unprofessional and a big slacker. Also very rude! I dont know how she has kept this job for so long. So if you need anything done expect for it to take a while to get fixed or not at all.
The property manager accepted my mom’s payment for the background check but never ran the check. She told my mom it would take 1 week for the background check, and that is a lie. Then she told my mom that she didn’t get the unit because she only makes twice as much as the rent, not three times as much. She held on to my moms application for over a week before she asked about my mothers income, but I believe the property manager was trying to stall and save the unit for someone else.
