As owner of a timeshare once a year, I do not receive updates or emails stating when things are being changed. Today I arrived to find my 2 units torn up, no hotubs for the week. They actually suggested I call or visit around and find an empty unit with a working hot tub and they would let me and my family use it. REALLY?!!! I have to do t? You won’t even have the decency to help me? If only I could find somewhere else where they know how to treat their customers with a little respect. Every year my family reserve 10 rooms and we come in Nov. We love it love it love it! Great rooms great family place!!
Everything was perfect! Beautiful and very clean! We all enjoyed having a private jacuzzi! Great location in a very quiet residential area! We will definitely be back!!
