beautiful well kept and tranquil setting
Good luck getting a hot bath or shower. Tried to fill up the bathroom tub and it didnt get half full before the water went cold. Went to the office, they sent maintance over and his answer was, its a small hot water tank, "you have to fill it up a litlle, then give it a break and fill it up some more and give it a break" What????? I'm paying almost $200 a night for that response. Not to mention there is no siding on the outside of the apartments, it looks like they started construction and then stopped half through! Have owned week 35 for 40 years this year. great place. pools are great maybe need a small playground for little ones to play in.
- Better check-in instructions - Explain that B lock-out units share common space with A units ahead of time - Better on-property signage - Better job of hiding renovations that are unsightly - Encourage guests to pick up after their pets
An absolute gem of a condo for a family of 5!! Clean, close to everything, indoor and outdoor pool, private hot tub, family friendly, awesome master bedroom (for a little privacy from the kids lol)with a Jacuzzi tub as well, it was literally perfect. Cannot wait to go back next year!!
Our unit (222) was awesome! Cleaner then any hotel I’ve stayed at. Private hot tub on our patio was a bonus! Indoor and outdoor pool so a rainy day is no big deal. Far enough away from the party ppl so it’s great for families. 2 block walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to all attractions! Can’t wait to book again for next year!
great place has 2 pools 1 indoor and 1 outdoor, really nice, vary conveniently close alot of restaurants and stores, really close to the beach.. love this place!
Ample parking and a block away from the 118th St entrance of the beach which is a very good part.
