They refused to close during the corona virus outbreak so they could keep charging everyone. Super irresponsible :(

always a great place to be. Staff is super helpful and everyone knows your name. The place starts to feel like a 2nd home.

I'm moving across the country and tried to cancel my membership. Club Northwest apparently requires written proof you are moving such as a new lease, utility bill, or job letter for your new place. This is the most inconvenient and idiotic request I've heard for canceling a gym membership (the need to prove it not just needing to move). Club Northwest definitely needs to step up their customer service.
vaulenteer for 3 hous to have a free membership 10/10. The facility is amazing and equipment is well maintained 10/10.
