Club NewTone was a good experience until Everytime you would ask why the pool is dirty on the bottom or why was the pool to cold?? No one would fix the problem my mother in-law has been going there for years. She needs exercise everyday as much as she can for her pain she has. She choose NewTone because of the atmosphere but then all they could do was give attitudes when she would get in the water and she would be in pain due to the water being too cold.
I have been a member of other gyms before so as this one goes it is quite accommodating. I do like the all inclusive part of the gym membership included towels, toiletries that we women need from time to time. I find that very courteous and helpful for my plans to relax when I don't have to worry about a towel or tissues or cotton balls or tampons. The place has everything I look for in a health club.
