For one thing they tell you that they will walk you through all the exercise machine didn't happen if you are not all ready fit and trim u get no help. Then if u ask me they need to put a cover in the pool out side who wants to. Let there little ones swim in water that ducks poop in. Then when u go in the bathroom you freeze. You butt off after u get out of the pool freezing it'd one thing having it a little cool in the summer but come on cheap asses turn the heat up a little in the winter so we can enjoy the swim. Don't go there. They shut off the pool heater just to save money. And know nothing about keeping the pool clean. The air temperature in a pool area is warm and humid, But at Newtone they shut off the heat in the pool area. And the hot tub is FILTHY. You don't ever want to get in there. And I was kicked out of Club Newtone for complaining about these issues. And I was a member there a lot longer than the new owners have been there. And they are clueless about running Newtone. It's so sad.
It is clean, no long waits for a machine!! Ppl are very friendly!!! And helpful !!!
You couldn't ask for a greater place with greater people! I personally love how much they offer like food and drinks at the Market, free tanning, 2 pools, awesome personal training programs and trainers, and a ton of free classes for all levels of fitness! You won't find any other place in town where the people treat you as well as they do at Club NewTone.
