RecommendedI have been attending Silver Sneakers sessions for over a year and a half. These sessions help me to keep fit and feel better. I recommend Silver Sneakers to anyone who is a "golden oldie" -- I will be 70 years old on my next birthday.
I like this gym. it's convenient, location wise and price wise. have all the equipment you need. good trainers, and nutrition to help you out. No complaints from me.

Nice and decent place to do exercise
I have been a member since Metro first opened up... being a single mom the hours of the daycare and the classes worked so well for me! However, after returning from being so MIA I don’t know what happened. Kids club is no longer even available on Sundays, the kids club hours have changed and the classes that are available don’t work for single mamas! So sad to say but I think because of this it may be time for change? So sad to go but this gym used to promote for working moms now it’s like against them 😫 feeling very sad!
