Has anyone received An AAC letter from them? This is ridiculously insane. The gym has been closed for 2 months and they still want us to pay memberships? They even hired a debt collecting company? Despite the numerous calls they don’t answer their phones and won’t communicate with their members. They are not providing any services to anyone but they still manage to collect money. This business is a joke.
Are charging people during a global pandemic. Every other business in Astoria is helping their clients while CLUB FITNESS is profiting and REFUSING to allow clients to cancel their accounts by avoiding picking up their phones or getting back to them. Shame on you!
RecommendedGym located on 4 floors. Very clean facility with a lot of cardio machines, free weights and machines. The gym provides towels, dry sauna, steamed room, jacuzzi and a great ambiance to workout. I’ve been a member for years and I will stay as long as they will stay open. I highly recommend it.
I don’t know what to say...being that we are dealing with COVID-19 you are still charging your guests $15 to freeze the account with a 3 month limit. How could this be? If you decide to freeze just for 1 month you will be charged the full $69 the next month without even knowing what tomorrow will bring. I've been told to wait for Paul the manager who will arrive between 4pm-8pm who has told his employees they are not allowed to waive the fee or call to speak to him (which I have been doing all day and no one picks up.)
