Large program pool, hot tub, sauna, locker shower facilities, gymnasium, and the largest variety of weight training and cardio equipment. Over 130 group classes each month, including Yoga, Spin, Zumba, Boot Camps, and Senior Fit Classes. Silver Fit and Silver Sneakers Basic Insurance Programs accepted. Locally Owned and operated by Degreed fitness professionals for over 32 years.

I have had a big life transformation in the last year, and this gym and the staff have been a huge part of that change!! I love Al and Gloria and their encouragment and kindness to everyone who comes through those doors! I cannot wait to sign my next contract!!!!
Love the friendly staff. Like being able to use the whole facility. They are always willing to help and answer questions.
The Club is so welcoming. We are a family of 4 and they are so helpful to my husband and I, as well as, my kids! We are one large family. Partnership, and accountability will be found here! 5 stars is just not enough �
