Zumba, SHINE dance classes are a great way to enjoy fun exercise with friendly people. Yoga is excellent to improve all levels of fitness and keep joints moving. Step fusion is an awesome challenge. This gym has a welcoming atmosphere and is presently updating the hot tub and pool area in autumn of 2019.
I was in constant pain and it was hard for me to begin an exercise program and stick with it, plus I looked at exercise like a job, which wasn't fun for me. I found swimming to be a great exercise and something that I love. I'm not a runner but I love to walk fast, so in the winter I use their treadmills. I love feeling welcomed and not judged. It's a great environment that I used to start my weight loss journey. I'm down 130 pounds. I have 40 pounds to go to reach my goal! It's a great environment all around!
Want a bigger pool and like a lot of rooms or install rooms
So many gyms say that they are judgment free but every one of them I have been judged at, until this one. The Club is the first gym I've been to where I actually feel comfortable and welcome. The classes are all amazing and they have so many resources available to you.
