Atmosphere and staff are welcoming. Infrared sauna is a must for its health benefits. Kinesis equipment, machines and free weights offer a variety of exercise options.
As I’ve aged my body needs a more structured workout.., this is the best place for me!! I LOVE the classes!! My fitness goals are being met!
