New equipment, bathrooms clean, quiet environment, overall nice place to workout.
Avoid signing any kind of contract with them.. they will lie to you the whole time.. all kinds of fees I wasn’t informed about! I made a mistake trusting the sales people here and won’t be making that mistake again.. avoid at all costs
I just got back in the gym and instead of staying with the ymca I decided to join club fitness. I went in for an assessment with a trainer by the name of Karleigh Mason. She was awesome & friendly. The workout she took me through was challenging but I went got through it and I felt great. Sore but great. The staff is friendly & so are the members. The gym is spacious & there is plenty to do. I love it!!!
I was in for my first visit. No one asked me anything. I walked in asked about signing in and was shown how to scan my card. Nothing else. Just recovering from and being a lung cancer patient. I have specific questions about working with some of the machines.
