I love the cardio cinema and that the classes are in a separate building. For those that feel a bit uncomfortable if people can stare at them while working out (like the classes in the ballwin facility). It’s clean and staff always welcoming.

Was told by an employee that my membership was canceled, yet they continued to charge me. When I called to dispute it they acted as if it was my fault it wasn't canceled. I get that's your agreement, but why would I be assured by an employee that I would no longer get charged?

This is a fairly new club. It is clean, lots of toys, plus good classes, free massage chairs, clean showers, friendly staff...I can't say enough good things about the club.

I love this place! I was a little bit uncomfortable when I first went there because I saw a bunch of men and women super in shape, but 2 days later it felt like home. The staff is super nice, and you can go just the way you are that nobody cares. Haven't talked to many trainers but the ones I talked to are very attentive and willing to help. I've been going every day for about a month because it became my second home. I love thw environment, the people, the equipment, everything.
