RecommendedI think this site is smaller and more condensed. But the crowd is a working crowd. clears out by 6:30 am. mostly.
Club fitness is trash! I canceled my membership A YEAR AGO and today I received a collection note in the mail for 1,101.51 !! I was told they canceled my membership for me come to find out it was all a lie! I will be getting a lawyer because I was lied to and illegally charged for this when I went I was only there for a week and I hated it so I had the membership canceled now they want to turn around and take it to collections See ya in court
NO Wi-Fi AT THIS LOCATION!!! I joined at the Chesterfield location on 2/10/19. Paid in advance for two years, easy enough process. Never received a copy of my contract. After a couple phone calls was told to come in person and speak to Danny. On 2/18 Danny was not able to provide me a copy of my contract but assured me it would be emailed to me. Last fall I came into the "Club" with my 13 year old daughter. I asked for a trial workout to see if we liked the club. She said we had to meet with someone first. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes - an hour....a young man finally came out to meet us. I shared that we were looking to try out the facility to see if we liked it since my daughter is young and new to "working out". He said we would need to join. I joined there a couple of years back, and they have brought in NO new pieces of equipment. During the past 6 months, I haven't seen any cleaning / maintenance crew, so it is always a mess, weights thrown around all over the place (no enforcement of the gym rules), equipment is broken, pads not replaced, lack of adequate free weights, plate loaded machines, etc. I see the same debris in the gym for many days in a row, so obviously adequate cleaning is lacking. Wifi would be nice. I wasnt told I'd be stealing the malls Wifi, which is now permanently disconnected. Counter staff super polite but a little on the slow to get stuff done. The guys cleaning and maintaining the place are thorough and great. Lot of freelance trainers crowding the equipment. The cardio theater is not available after hours as its on a separate unattached building. The counter staff there isn't great ot resetting the movie so be prepared to ask them most times. Overall the gym part is just fine; however, the customer service has gone way down the drain! I used to work at this gym part time last year, and I started working there because my old manager Kellin was so huge on customer service. We then went through a few more managers and the staff dropping like flies. Today I went in to tan and was treated so rudely! The girl rolled her eyes just because I walked through the door. The facilities are nice, group fitness instructors are great, but the employees and management, at least on the group fitness side of the gym, are pretty awful and useless. Primary issues are with the 9:15 spin class, after cancelling the 8am class. The way attendance vs. number of bikes is being monitored, or not being monitored, rather, is unorganized, inconsistent, and unprofessional.
