I visited with my daughter and enjoyed my experience
Small but cool.
The gym is fine, the people are fine. But the hours of the kids club suck. They are closed right in the middle of the day from 12-4. That's the time I need them to be open. So I haven't been able to go even though I'm paying $20 a month. I'm a working mom. The kids club should be open all day.
Whatever you DO DO NOT USE this place. I have been a member for 5 years and it is impossible to cancel!!!!
Affordable and a good variety of workout options! Zumba class is Fire!!
Last fall I came into the "Club" with my 13 year old daughter. I asked for a trial workout to see if we liked the club. She said we had to meet with someone first. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes - an hour....a young man finally came out to meet us. I shared that we were looking to try out the facility to see if we liked it since my daughter is young and new to "working out". He said we would need to join. Mothers Day they had big sign by the door congratulating Mothers and gave each a free water or discounted smoothie. Absolutely nothing on Fathers Day. Obviously Fathers don’t matter there. Terrible customer service. I called them out on it as did some others. They weren’t overly happy about being challenged on it either.
