Bathrooms are a complete mess! It's time to renovate them the right way with licensed contractors. Mold in the showers, on walls, wall paper peeling off. Disgusting!
Too many treadmills not working properly or not working at all! I personally think the size of the gym is not large enough for the increase of members!

Once again, another gym making it almost impossible to cancel. I'm paying for a secondary membership for my daughter, which comes out of my bank account, and CF makes it impossible to get business done. They are happy however to get you signed up! All smiles on the front end and disrespectful when you want to cancel. Try calling the phone number and you get a voicemail system that won't let you talk to anyone. Terrible customer service. Will find any and every loophole to keep charging you
Have had three treadmills not work properly. They don't incline, they stop on their own while running. Reported but still not working. Free weights in the back are in the worst shape. The rubber is all chipped, ripped, or missing. The spring weight holders are hard to locate. Most of the one's there are bent and difficult to use. Bad customer service by one of the morning front desk reps.
Never any equipment available, too many people all the time, gym is way way too small for as many members that are here, figure it out guys, losing my business forsure
