This place is a complete dump The ONLY reason I come here is because it is the most convenient gym for me!!!! Today the bathroom trash cans are over flowing, the toilet paper rolls are on the ground and not put on the dispensers, trash all Over the ground!!! Half the machines don’t work, there has been an elliptical that has had an out of order sign on it for the last at least 6 months!!! For the last three weeks half your treadmills have been inoperable. This is unacceptable for a gym I pay membership to. Get it together people.
Great steam room and working sauna. Limited free weights and free bench area. Water pipe leak in men’s room but they had plumber on site to repair.
I like this gym due to it's location. When traffic is bad, I can pull off the highway and work out. It's a little cramped, but it's clean and the machines are in good shape. The young lady at the front desk was also very nice.
I enjoyed working out with Bobs balls, highly recommended
"Pound" instructor Laura is so awesome and so is the class! I am on a 7 week trial and took my first group class at 5:30 this morning (Creve Coeur location, MO). I ended up being the only one there, but that didn't stop her from working my tail off in this fun, fast paced class! She was so informative and good at teaching the techniques (with drumsticks) and dance moves. I had an absolute blast this morning! Very nice and motivating instructor! Thanks, Laura!
