Wow where to start... The $1 sign up fee is not true, they immediately turn around and hit you with a yearly membership fee on top of the monthly fee The $20 a month is a lie it’s really $32 The Cancelation fee is not $50 it’s really $60 On top of being lied to about how much this place really cost to have a membership I also had problems with the staff... RecommendedThe availability of the equipment and the classes that they offer. There is always enough staff on duty that’s available if there’s any questions. Another thing that I like about it is that it’s always clean.

RecommendedWas in from out of town looking for somewhere to workout. I applied for the three-day trial pass online, but the pass was denied on location because I had an out of state license. Rationale was that the trial is meant for individuals located instate who will hopefully join. Unfortunate but albeit understandable. I purchased a day pass. The facility is nice with plenty of cardio equipment and weights. I’d recommend this gym to someone local is looking for a gym. I was able to get in a really good workout.

Suggestion: “Providing new customers with a hard copy of the membership agreement during signup would be helpful.”
