I love the staff and patrons. I've been taking Zumba there for almost five years and I've made lifetime friends. They also recently remodeled which made it even better.

I generally go to Hampton Village but was doing Cryotherapy near Rock Hill and decided to give it a try.

The ladies' bathrooms are unsanitary and just plain not cleaned well (Rock Hill). You guys need a better cleaning standard! This is unacceptable! I have been in at various time of days and different days and it is always the same. CF can you do better?

They may have a low monthly fee, but they will make sure to find other ways to bill you. Also, on a basic account, you are far more limited than the hours given, as I showed up many times within hours, but the doors were locked. Complete waste of money and wish I never joined.

Be aware that what they advertise is either-or. A low monthly price OR 24 hour access. For the advertised price, you only get access during limited hours. And today they locked up early, so their actual hours are even worse than their official hours. Plus, a lot of the equipment is broken or not in great condition. And they have surprisingly few tv channels, making the built-in screens on the equipment useless most of the time.
