If you want to cancel your membership they make you go through hoops to cancel, then they continue to charge you after your so called “cancellation”. I called to cancel my membership well over a year ago, was told I had to go to location and speak with manager, went to location, they didn’t have anyone available to speak with and to call back. Beware! Do Not Join! The membership fees are a scam. Staff will lie to you to get you to join. Customer service will read you the fine print in their agreements to charge you hundreds of dollars when you try and cancel. This is an ongoing problem that has happened to many many customers. Really wish I would have read reviews about Club Fitness before joining.
RecommendedBeen going here for about a week now and really enjoy this facility. Had my first training session ever with Tom. He is an awesome trainer and very good teacher. Made me feel comfortable and showed me workouts specific to my target areas. I look forward to coming here often.

It’s never crowded when I go and I love that
I am extremely happy with Natalie as a personal trainer. I trust her completely having had four spine surgeries. I believe she knows what I can and can’t do safely. I feel like I am finally on a road to my weight loss goals.
This gym is awful. Period. If you enjoy faulty equipment, no space for floor workouts & childcare hours that are not accommodating then this would be the place for you. It’s only redeemable quality is its location.
Frauds. I signed an agreement to pay for 12 months of membership. I paid for 12 months of the membership. I informed an agent that having paid my dues for the agreed upon time I am choosing not to extend the agreement. The agent informed me that there is a 30 day cancellation period and I will be responsible for any dues scheduled until then. Again, I completed the agreement and am not cancelling it.
