I went to cancel my membership and the girl told me it was cancelled and come to find out they were still charging me. My account ended up getting over drawn and corporate told me they can’t do anything unless they have a confirmation number but how can I give you a confirmation number when your worker never gave me one? I told them to run the cameras back that I’ll be on camera cancelling it and they still won’t do anything about it.
Love the 24 hour access. Has everything I need to stay fit!

Is there anyway to get faster internet speed at the collinsville location? I go at 4pm and like to watch movies on my tablet when I jog on treadmill but the internet is not strong enough under the club fitness account. I have no issues when I am a guest at other gyms during peak busy times.
Be wary they will try and scam you. They will automatically renew your contract even if you are not supposed to. They are not friendly or helpful whatsoever as well. I would not recommend this gym much better and cheaper gyms in town.
