I used to be a patient of Dr. Jake at his previous location, admittedly, I have not been to the Chiropractor in well over a year. I recently tweaked my back whilst working out and made an appointment to come and see Jake at Elementum. Dr. Riley is a game-changer! I have retrolisthesis of C6-7 and degenerative disc disease, which used to severely limit my neck mobility. I see Dr. Riley every 3 weeks for adjustments and deep tissue massage, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Good parking space. Dr. Jake is very caring and skillful. Knowledgeable in overall health from nutrition, recovery, fitness and positive well-being. Overall great team here to you, build yourself to the best. Dr. Jake had previously helped me recovery with my right elbow and tricep. He uses active tissue release , I recovered 100 percent with him. I stopped (my fault) getting regular treatment and now Dr. Jake is helping with my left elbow and forearm recovery.
