Don't know how he did it, but Austin re-did my husband's 30 year old favorite Eames lounge chair that was cracked and shabby. It looks like new. Plus he was very pleasant and fair priced.
Austin is a very fine old-school craftsman. Precise, professional, and knowledgable - rare find in present times!!! Trust his judgment and honesty. I want to add that Austin and Touran are very kind people. Another rare find these days! Ones you know them, you will never leave them!
