The customer service at this location is great, I was there last weekend and Marcos was great, he provided towels and bought a freshener which smelled amazing! I will be coming back I’ve never been to a car wash where they ensure my car is clean by spraying it before the wash! Keep up the good work
Went through right before 8pm not knowing what time they closed, paid for a single wash came out to the vacuums, and everything was shut down. No one told me that they were closing. Still let me go through. The kid that worked there was very nice. What said that is how it works. I said, maybe they can give me a voucher to come back through and use the vacuums, and he said they do not do that lol. About 3 cars went in after me so i'm guessing that happened to them to. I love this place.
They should do the membership somewhere else since the person in line spends a lot of time waiting. I've been waiting for almost 10 minutes.
