HORRBILE...BEWARE! I took both my dogs to them and I could NOT believe the customer service I received. My 1 yr old dog was anxious when going into the groomers. I told the woman behind the counter that he goes to Camp Bow Wow occasionally and socializes with the dogs there well. The woman literally rolled her eyes at us. Club Canine is dangerous! My groomer was also the owner, should have had a heads up that there was going to be trouble when I picked up my dogs and she was usually drunk. Front desk lady was mean, she would just bite your head off if you asked a question. The last time I took my dogs the owner sliced a 4 inch very deep cut into one of my dogs face while grooming her. The owner was drunk and should not have been working on my dogs.

ms I been going to Club Canine since they have been open 6 years ago. I have an older Shihtzu who has grooming issues. He never really looked good because nobody could do his face. Carynn took the time to work with my dog and he now looks like a normal dog with a decent haircut. I think Club Canine is the best

ZERO STARS IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET - AVOID CLUB CANINE. I am highly disappointed in the quality of service, the exorbinent pricing and the total disregard for clients both human and canine! I was not called after 4 hours and when I showed up to pick up my Pomeranian she has a large gash out of her back leg. I was told it was "no big deal" and "she didn't even flinch when it happened". best groom shop in town club canine rocks my groomer is caring wonderful with my hard to groom dog i recomend this staff to any pet lover.my groomer also comes to my home and baby sits my dog they really care about the pets here..

This place is horrible! I took my dog to club canine the first time and was very satisfied....but the next time I took her in the lady was soooooo rude. She told my sister and I that it would take two hours so we left and came back an hour and a half later. The lady was was "suppose" to be grooming my dog but then came in with a bag a donuts and a coffee? and then had the nerve to ask us what we were doing in early. FAITHFUL CUSTOMER I have been going to Club Canine from the very begining and have been very satisfied. I especially like how they treated my geriatric cocker, Sandy, with such care. She is no longer with us. We have a new dog, Maggie, a goldendoodle, who loves to go to Club Canine. She likes to spend all day there and play with other dogs. They have doggie day care also. I recommend Club Canine to any one who cares how they treat the pets like family.

Club Canine I have been going to club canine since they have opened. No complaints until about 3 months ago when the grooming became terrible. On one occasion the groomer was drunk. I am now looking for another location for my dogs.

Rude people! These people are rude. They never even returned my call when I wanted to make an appointment . When I called back they could have cared less! Also you cannot see what is going on in the back room. Will never leave my pet there.
