The front desk staff and dental assistant were very kind, professional, and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the way they treated me. Unfortunately, my experience with the PROVIDER ( It wasn't a woman; it was a man, and he didn't appear to have the name Dr. French, as I've seen in a comments )who performed my dental cleaning was very disappointing. They were supposed to get me all the information for more services and never heard back from them. They were supposed to get me pricing for a night guard and multiple crowns which would be very expensive. Their staff isn't great and they just rush you through your appointment.
I don't know how long I've been going to this dental office. Everything is good. The receptionist is so nice and helpful with all questions. The ladies who clean the teeth are quick and efficient. Dr. France looks all everything patients need, gives good advice, and excellent care. I recommend the practice highly
