Hector y Luis are great maintenance guys. They were able to fix my sink on same day the maintenance request went out. Kind people. They were also able to fix my mail box as well, and gave me new keys for it. Very responsive people.
Beautiful apartment complex, scheduled a tour with Mia, she asked for confirmation that we would make it, only for us to show up and they are closed on Presidents’ Day……. Okay……

When I was in the process of submitting my application the communication was very consistent. Once they received my rental history the communication stopped which is very unprofessional regarding any circumstances. They did not send a denial email or anything. They were aware that I was moving from out of state. I decided to call and ask for the denial reason.
