Had an excellent meal today at Club 57!!! Excellent service awesome food and a casual atmosphere!!!! I'll be back!!
We went to club 57 for my birthday dinner and it was the best meal we have ever had there the food and service was excellent. I did not care for the coctail sauce with the shrimp but our waitress quickly offered to whip us up the traditional sauce which was very nice. We will definitely be back

My friend found a spider in her food during a birthday dinner. Very slow service, no apology from waitress or the manager. They were going to make her pay for the replacement meal since she ordered it, until they got tired of us arguing with them. Very poor and rude customer service. Don't go here with a large group of people.

There was a spider in my friends food so they gave her a replacement meal. The waitress did not say sorry and it then took them forever to cook her a replacement meal. Then expected her to pay for the replacement meal. When we asked the waitress to void the meal cause there was a SPIDER in her meal she said she didn't have time for this. So we talked to the manager who was also very rude then voided the check.

Was here today after my sisters graduation. We had made a reservation back in April, while we had a large party (17) and arrived a little early due to getting done earlier than we expected, so we sat but didn't get menus until our reservation time which was fine. We then had 2 waitresses one who left our table right after starting to take orders because she was being buzzed to another table. Graduation weekend is a tough weekend on all restaurants. Sorry for the delay I wish you would have asked for a manager so we could take care of the issue. The server will never admit to bad service. That what managers are for!
I went with my girlfriend last night and we both tried to Create Our Own Burger; we didn't get what we ordered. I did get the pulled pork and bacon, but that was the only thing that was right. We ordered weck rolls, but were served plain rolls, I got American cheese, she got Cheddar, but we ordered the opposite. Our server was able to take those back to the kitchen and get that corrected, but my gf also got onions and lettuce, and I got spinach and tomato, both of which should have been opposite. Oh my GOSH!!!! I Love Love the Greek Rico sandwich with the homemade chips. And just yesterday I had the most AMAZING Raspberry CHEESECAKE! !!! IF YOU LOVE CHEESECAKE go to Club 57. But before cheesecake try the chicken. Yum yum❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
